Introduction

Located in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Chinggis Khaan Square is named after the founder of the Mongol Empire, and is one of the iconic buildings in Hailar District, as well as one of the largest squares in the district (tied with Xilin Square). It covers a total area of 25.5 hectares, and its scale and grandeur are impressive, attracting the attention of local residents and tourists. Chinggis Khaan Square is divided into seven functional areas, including the historical and cultural area, the water activities area, and the fountain square. Along the 626 Xiaohu River, you can see the green water winding, the galleries, the curved bridges, the arched bridges, the rainbow bridges, and the cable-stayed bridges, elegant as rainbow bridges. The lush trees and pavilions complement each other. The various fountain buildings have different shapes, making it hard for people to leave. The sightseeing boats shuttle among them, showing the colors of southern water towns, while the cloud-shaped structures showcase the beauty of the northern wilderness. In addition, Bayan Obo sits on the mountain with water, commemorating the "sacred stone"; the beautiful scenery of Suzhou and Hangzhou mountains and rivers can be seen from the south, and the beauty of the desert and the long river can be seen from the north.
