Qinghai Longyangxia Ecotourism Resort is located in Longyangxia Town, Gonghe County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. The planned area of the resort is 870 square kilometers. It is located on both sides of the main Yellow River between the Yangqu Power Station and the Laxiwa Hydropower Station upstream of the Yellow River. The core area of the resort is in Longyangxia Town, 48 kilometers from the capital of Hainan Prefecture, Chaobucha, and 147 kilometers from the provincial capital, Xining.
