Introduction

Wusulangzi Lake, also known as Lake No.49 Paozi, covers an area of 135 hectares with an average depth of 2.5 meters. Surrounded by mountains, the lake surface is like a mirror and the water is clear, with a variety of cold-water fish such as grass carp and white fish. Based on the topography and water distribution, it is possible that the lake was formed after a volcanic eruption. Every morning, the lake shines with the golden light of the sunrise. During the day, various birds such as seagulls, wild ducks, and fish eagles play on the lake, while swans and Mandarin ducks are playful and lively on the lake's surface. Many fishermen drive their boats to cast nets and catch fish, singing fishing songs as they traverse the lake. Visitors from all over can fish from the boat or cook fresh lake fish to taste a variety of delicacies. Peak season (June 1st - October 15th): 7:00-17:00
Off-season (October 16th - May 31st of the following year): 8:30-15:00 (following the opening hours of Arxan National Forest Park).

Transportation

1. Yiershi Airport is the closest airport to Arxan, about 17 kilometers away. Tourists can take a flight to Yiershi and then transfer to a car to get to Arxan. 2. Arxan has a train station, currently with four round trips to Baicheng and four round trips to Shenyang North every day. 3. Arxan currently has a bus station, with buses traveling to and from cities around Arxan such as Ulanhot. After arriving in Arxan, tourists can take a taxi or charter car to the scenic spots. The scenic area transportation in the forest park goes to various attractions.
