Introduction

The Canberra region boasts typical Danxia landforms, with towering red mountains and wind-eroded hills on both sides as you travel along the South Zonggou. The mountain forests are lush with trees, and the colors of the mountains, water, and leaves complement each other in the most beautiful way during the autumn. The main entrance to the scenic area is located on the east side, and visitors can choose to travel by land and water or by circling the lake, with different fees applying depending on the chosen method. Visitors can also enter through the back door on the west side of the Kanbula scenic area, but in addition to the admission fee, each private car needs to pay a parking fee of 30 yuan. When entering on foot, visitors need to walk 3 kilometers to reach the boarding point for the scenic area shuttle, but the shuttle to the main entrance will not stop at the viewing platform.

Transportation

1. Take a bus from Xining Bus Station to Kanbula Town for about 22 yuan per person, then charter a car to the entrance of Kanbula Scenic Area for about 150 yuan. It is recommended to carpool with others, or charter a car directly from Xining to enter the Kanbula Scenic Area through Tars Temple and Guide. 2. It is recommended to charter a small car for about 400-500 yuan per vehicle for a day trip to Kanbula from Xining.
