Introduction

There is a famous tourist attraction in the southwest of Qinghai Lake called Bird Island. It is located at the starting point of the Qinghai Lake Loop Road and is very convenient to get to via Shinaiaixiang Township. At the Bird Island scenic area, you can experience a rich Tibetan cultural atmosphere. Along both sides of the road, there are hotels, convenience stores, and souvenir shops selling Tibetan specialties such as Tibetan hemp and cordyceps. In addition, the best season to watch the sunrise is in the autumn. If you want to enjoy the beautiful sunrise views of Qinghai Lake, Heima River is a great choice.
