Introduction
The Dabie Mountain Rainbow Waterfall Scenic Area is located in Huangwei Town, Yuexi County, 34 kilometers from both Yuexi County and Huoshan County, and only 1.5 kilometers from the Huangwei exit. The scenery in the area is characterized by towering mountains, lush trees, deep and secluded valleys, winding rivers and meandering streams. The famous Monkey River, one of the reservoirs of Fuziling, merges with the Huangwei River here. Legend has it that a cowherd and a weaver girl, who used to graze their cows here, met in the Monkey River Gorge, giving birth to an incredibly beautiful myth.
