Introduction

Located in Taihu County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, the Five Thousand Years Cultural and Expo Park covers an area of 5000 mu and is divided into five phases of construction. The aim is to build an art palace with concentration on Chinese culture as the theme, attracting visitors from all over the world to visit for pilgrimage. The five phases are: "One Dream a Thousand Years", "Ten-mile Gallery", "Centennial Wind and Cloud", "Qianqiu Ma Bang" and "Wandai Tonggen". The scenic area has won honors such as the National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base and National AAAA-level Tourist Attractions, and has been rated as one of the "Top Ten Cultural Tourist Attractions in China". In addition, it has also won multiple awards such as Anhui Province Famous Brand. The second phase of the project is expected to be put into use on October 1, 2014, and is expected to be connected to the first phase by a pedestrian bridge, with the aim of creating a 5A-level scenic spot.

Transportation

Self-driving route: 1. Depart from Anqing Bus Passenger Transport Center, and drive 120 kilometers to the scenic area via Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway C50 National Road. 2. Depart from Tianzhushan Airport, and drive 120 kilometers to the scenic area via Taihu County in Anqing to reach the 5,000-year Cultural and Scientific Park. 3. Depart from Anqing Railway Station, and drive 120 kilometers to the scenic area via Taihu County in Anqing to arrive at the 5,000-year Cultural and Scientific Park. Public transportation route: Depart from the railway station or bus station, take Bus No. 2 to the Industry and Commerce Bureau, then transfer to Bus No. 1 to reach the 5,000-year Cultural and Scientific Park.
