The location is next to Guling street, the environment is good, and it is easy to find. The taste can be adjusted, and dishes can be changed if you don't like them. This kind of service is great! The portion is generous, the taste is decent, and the service is enthusiastic and thoughtful. The price is affordable, and the cost performance is good, worth recommending. Recommend: Braised pork with small potatoes, Wannian yellow bean fish, dry pot chicken... The taste is excellent and not expensive! The recommended dish is Lushan cuisine, but there is a limit on the number of people, so you can't order too many dishes. The yellow bean stewed Wannian fish is the most successful dish this time. The small yellow beans and fish chunks blend together, with a soft and tender texture, slightly spicy and fragrant.

Huanggu girl tofu soup, a large pot with plenty of quantity, the soup is delicious. The dish I had was skin-on wild frog, similar to bullfrog. The advantage here is that you can order a small portion to try out the specialty. The wine lees can be served chilled or warm, and the warm one is indeed much tastier than homemade, with a sweet and sour taste. All the dishes have generous portions. The service is attentive.

The Locking River Tower is located on the banks of the Yangtze River in the city of Jiujiang. When entering the waters of Jiujiang by boat, the pagoda (Wenfeng Pagoda) of the Locking River Tower will come into view, making it a symbol of Jiujiang. Originally, the Locking River Tower had one floor and one pagoda. In the 14th year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1586), Wu Xiu, the magistrate of Jiujiang, raised funds to build the Locking River Tower on the Longjiao Island in Jiujiang to prevent floods. It was then called the Jiangtian Locking Key Tower, with three floors. There were also four iron oxen statues next to the tower to control the water. Later, a 25.26-meter pagoda called Wenfeng Pagoda, also known as the Longjiao Pagoda, was built to the south of the tower. There are wooden stairs inside the pagoda that can be climbed spirally.

A well-established shop, still delicious; Freshness is key when it comes to seafood, and it is indeed fresh; I think it's the best hotpot in Jiujiang, no lingering smell after eating, and the seasonings are well-balanced; The seafood is very fresh, each person has their own pot, very clean and hygienic. After cooking all the meat, seafood, and vegetables, the soup base becomes rich and can be directly consumed. With the addition of the final claypot rice and a bit of soy sauce, it tastes amazing. It's a must-order every time I go.

Smoke and Water Pavilion, located in the Gan Tang Lake on the southern bank of the Yangtze River in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is one of the famous attractions in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is said to be the location of the barracks of the famous general Zhou Yu during the Three Kingdoms period. Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi first built a pavilion in the lake and named it "Lake-Immersing Moon Pavilion" after the line "When parting, the vast river merges with the moon". Song Dynasty philosopher Zhou Dunyi also built another pavilion on the lake embankment and named it "Smoke and Water Pavilion" after the line "The water and mountains are thinly veiled with smoke". Over time, both pavilions were destroyed. It was rebuilt in the late Ming Dynasty on the site of the Lake-Immersing Moon Pavilion.
