Introduction

At the center of Ejina Oasis lies the Ejina Populus Euphratica National Nature Reserve in Inner Mongolia. The reserve covers a total area of 26,253 square kilometers and is located west of Dalaibu Township, the government seat of Ejina Banner, and north of Juyan Lake. This is the hometown of the Populus Euphratica, also known as the hero tree, which is said to have the miraculous property of "living for a thousand years without dying, dying for a thousand years without falling, and falling for a thousand years without decay." From Yidaqiao to Badaoqiao, various Populus Euphratica landscapes are distributed throughout the reserve, which are known as the ultimate destination for photography enthusiasts. The Badaoqiao Desert Scenic Area is a place where people can indulge in the natural atmosphere of vicissitudes. 08:30-18:30 (all day) (May 1 - September 19, Monday to Sunday) 07:00-22:00 (all day) (September 20 - October 31, Monday to Sunday) Note: Visitors who have purchased discounted tickets or other special-ticket types are required to present their ID and discount certificate at the designated entrance for verification before entering the park. Visitors who are eligible for free tickets are required to purchase the park transportation ticket. Eligibility for discounts is applicable only to Chinese residents holding valid identification documents.
Transportation
1. There is no public transportation available from Ejinaqi Town Government to Lakubu Town for the scenic area, so taxi is the only option. 2. The scenic area provides free shuttle buses between Yidaqiao Bridge and Badaoqiao Bridge with frequent departures. However, during peak hours, especially at Erdaqiao Bridge, there is a huge influx of people and it takes physical strength and skills to squeeze onto the bus.
