The West Coast is located in the west of Mount Sanqing and is known as the "hometown of clouds and mist, gallery of pine stones". It is the most open scenic spot for viewing Mount Sanqing, with an average elevation of 1,600 meters. Mount Sanqing has been submerged by seawater three times, and the West Coast was the coastline back then. The West Coast has four major wonders: high-altitude plank road, sea of clouds, grand canyon, and ancient tree gallery. The scenic area starts from the intersection 50 meters after Liuxia Terrace in the south, and extends north to Hanxing Pond in the Sanqing Palace scenic area. The total length is about 4 kilometers, with no steps for 3,600 meters. The hiking trail is composed of the highest and longest mountain plank road in China. On the cliff-edge plank road of the West Coast, you can often see a sea of clouds. Walking leisurely on the cliff, you can enjoy the magnificent sea of clouds, magnificent sunset glow, continuous peaks, and deep valleys. It is extraordinary and gives a sense of being in a world of ethereal beings.

Have lunch after climbing the mountain and take a break; all ingredients are brought up the mountain, slightly more expensive; just an ordinary restaurant, but it is a necessary choice because of its location in the scenic area and our needs. Wanshouyuan scenic area is located at the southern foot of Sanqing Mountain, with the theme of auspicious and longevity culture. The entire scenic area is full of natural odd peaks and ingenious stones, like a natural bonsai, known for its exquisite charm and the embodiment of Taoist culture. The scenic area includes Shoushan, Guanyintai, Heshouding, Delutai, Xiaoyaoshi, and Shukaisi. The tour route is circular, with a total length of about 3 kilometers, and many tourists will make wishes and pray for blessings along the route.
