The most satisfying noodle dish in Pingtan. The restaurant is small but very clean, and the owner and waiters are friendly. They have a wide variety of seafood and the taste is great. The clear soup is delicious, and the noodles are handmade. Highly recommended the swallow dumplings.

The beauty exceeded expectations at Pingtan, where many facilities are still under construction. However, you can rent a motorcycle to ride on the island, which feels awesome. For meals, try the local stalls; they are affordable. Beigang is really great for photography, and the weather makes the pictures even more beautiful. For beaches, visit Longfengtou, where the sand is very clean.

The ruins of Nan Shaolin Temple are located in Linshan Village, Jiulianshan Forest, Xitianwei Town, Putian City. It was built in the first year of Yongding in the Southern Dynasty and had become a prosperous martial arts center and famous tourist attraction in the southeastern coastal area of China during the Jiahe period of the Northern Song Dynasty. After reconstruction, the Nan Shaolin Temple in Putian has taken shape, with magnificent buildings such as the Great Hall, the Hall of Heavenly Kings, the Bell and Drum Tower, the mountain gate, and the "Nan Shaolin" archway inscribed by Zhao Puchu. The surrounding temples, such as Guzhu Temple, Xiawu Temple, and Jiulian Rock, form an impressive cluster of temples, reenacting the grandeur of the ancient forest. The only regret is that there is no record of the name "Shaolin Temple" in the historical records, only traces of "Linquan Temple," so it is still not convincing.

Putian's favorites - Xi Tianwei flat dumplings, tofu balls, and the beloved pan-fried buns filled with meat, vegetables, and glass noodles. They are incredibly delicious and affordable. Every time I come here, I always bring home some meat rolls to enjoy. The thin skin of the dumplings is made by pounding the meat, and when paired with a bit of scallions and vinegar, it tastes amazing.

It belongs to Putian City, Fujian Province. The temple, built in the early Song Dynasty, started with only a few wooden pillars and was called "Goddess Temple". It gradually took shape through multiple renovations and expansions. After thousands of years of spiritual dissemination, Mazu, along with her followers venturing beyond the country, gradually spread from Meizhou to the world, becoming an international deity that transcends national borders.

No menu, visitors choose their own preferences from the side dishes on the table. The soup base of Moonlight Taro is light brown, lacking the heavy feeling of regular Taro noodles. It has a unique combination of flavors such as garlic and peanuts. Taking a sip, it tastes slightly sweet, fragrant but not thick, without any excess residue. The texture is light and thin, allowing one to appreciate the delicacy of the shop.

Ru yun building, a part of the "four dishes and one soup," is known for its unique feature of living in an earthen building. The owner maintains good hygiene. The owner's family cooks delicious local cuisine. I also purchased tea leaves and preserved vegetables from the owner's house. Highly recommend experiencing the earthen building. It's also possible to capture the picturesque view of buildings within the building. Great!

We saw this shop after our visit to Jinhu, and there were many people eating inside. We checked the reviews online and found that they were very good and the service was also good, so we decided to eat here. As expected, the food was very delicious, and the owner was very enthusiastic. There were 10 of us, and the owner recommended more than ten dishes, which were all very filling and delicious. One fish was used to make three dishes for us, such as chopped pepper fish head, fish head white soup, and braised fish tail. The fish head was really delicious, as they were all freshly caught live fish. We finished all the soup, it was so delicious. The river prawns from Jinhu were also very tasty. Wishing the owner prosperous business! We will come again next time!

Wuyi Mountain National Forest Park is located in the northern part of the Jiuqu River Ecological Reserve in the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area, 20 kilometers away from Wuyi Mountain National Tourist Resort. It was transformed from the original Chengdun Forestry Nursery in June 2000. The total area of the park's operating area is 7,418 hectares, with a planned area of 3,085 hectares for the core scenic area, all of which are state-owned ecological public welfare forests. It is a primitive forest park that combines a variety of landscapes and the spiritual energy of mountains and water. The park possesses the world's last remaining typical, largest, and most intact gene bank of Central Asian subtropical primary forest ecosystem and rare and unique wild animals and plants at the same latitude. The park is rich in animal and plant resources, with 1,017 species of higher plants and 93 species of vertebrates, including rare plants such as Taxus chinensis, Davidia involucrata, and Michelia figo, as well as rare animals such as Reeves's pheasant, yellow-billed tragopan, and Pangolin. The magical primitive forest makes the air in the park fresh, it is a natural oxygen bar with a high negative oxygen ion content, and it is a good place for ecological tourism activities such as oxygen absorption, camping, forest bathing, and gourmet tasting. Wuyi Mountain National Forest Park has three major valleys, forming three tourist routes: Longfeng Valley, Feicui Valley, and Mysterious Valley. The forest park has a combination of beautiful mountains, stunning waterfalls, picturesque waters, and tranquil forests, integrating various natural landscapes. Longfeng Valley is a unique landscape of waterfall clusters. There are the majestic Jade Dragon Waterfall, the elegant Peacock Waterfall, the flamboyant Yellow Dragon Waterfall, and the passionate Red Phoenix Waterfall, interspersed with many small waterfalls and cascades. When you are in the valley, wherever your eyes can reach, you will see their figures, and the sounds of water will always knock on your heart intentionally or unintentionally.

I heard that the old store is reopening. The renovation is new, and the dining environment is good. One of the classics in Cantonese cuisine is the clay pot rice. Eating hot clay pot rice in this winter is really warm. I also like the seasoning. The service is quite good.

The store decoration is very retro style. After entering the store, the waitress warmly greeted me and brought me hot cutlery. I ordered a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, a pot of beef stew, a plate of horseshoe cake, and a plate of halal baby vegetables. The beef in the stew is of very good quality, and the soup is clear and delicious. The soy sauce on the baby vegetables is probably homemade, and it has a particularly fresh taste. The stir-fried rice noodles are also very rich in ingredients, making it very appetizing. I was very satisfied with this meal. From the menu, I can see that they have many traditional Fuzhou dishes. I will bring my family there another day and try other dishes.
