Introduction
Nanputuo Temple is a highly respected Buddhist temple in the Han ethnic region. If you want to pray for blessings, you can come here to worship. The most famous dishes are the vegetarian dishes on the second floor of the vegetarian restaurant and the vegetarian cakes in the temple. There is also a plaque hanging here for the "First Vegetarian Feast in the World", with an average cost of around 59 yuan per person. Wulao Mountain is the back mountain of Nanputuo Temple and one of the eight major scenic spots in Xiamen. If you want to climb the mountain and have some fun, you can come here. The journey from the temple to Wulao Mountain takes only one hour, and you can also go to Xiamen Botanical Garden from here. There are many inscriptions of famous people around the temple, and there is also a huge "Buddha" stone inscription on the cliff behind the temple, so many tourists come here to take pictures.
