Cangmi Ancient Road is located in the eastern mountainous area of Yanqing, 90 kilometers away from the city center. It was a crucial passage for transporting rice to the mountainous areas in ancient times, hence the name. Now, this picturesque valley has a new name - Baili Landscape Gallery. The entire scenic area covers 850 square kilometers, with a tourist route spanning over 100 kilometers. The average annual temperature here is about 5 degrees lower than Beijing. The route is surrounded by mountains and water, offering ever-changing scenery that is captivating. The Cangmi Ancient Road tourist route is over 100 kilometers long and includes six areas: Yanshan Tianchi Scenic Area, Fossil Forest Scenic Area, Drip Water Lake Scenic Area, "Green Lush Four Hundred Turns," Qixian Ridge Scenic Area, and Pearl Spring Scenic Area. People who have visited here say it is as beautiful as a fairyland, with scarce population and no crowding. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a beautiful Tianchi and a wide lake, where the mountains and water complement each other, creating shimmering waves.

The Drip Water Kettle Scenic Area is located in Xiawan Village, Qianjiadian Town, Yanqing County, Beijing, 110 kilometers from downtown Beijing and 50 kilometers from Yanqing County. It has been famous for 250 years since the reign of Emperor Qianlong. Its mountains are towering and cliffs are steep, with a perennial mountain stream cascading down from the 20-meter high yellow cliffs, creating a roaring sound. Because the upper part of the waterfall is smaller like water pouring out of a kettle, it is called "Drip Water Kettle". There are four perennial springs on the mountain, and a karst cave with large inverted lotus-shaped stalactites, also known as "Lotus Cave". There is a lake at the foot of the mountain, clear and bottom visible, with spring green and autumn colors, creating a picturesque reflection, earning the reputation of "Little Jiuzhaigou in the North". The Drip Water Kettle Scenic Area has fresh air, blue sky and white clouds all year round, and a stunning starry sky at night. It is an ecological tourist attraction for enjoying the breeze, the moon, and the fresh air. It has a five-star farmhouse restaurant called "Drip Water Home", employing Sichuan chefs to integrate the characteristics of northern and southern cuisine, using natural high-quality ingredients to carefully prepare a series of spring water delicacies. The Drip Water Kettle Scenic Area has 22 Huizhou-style guest rooms, a 30-person conference room, and a painting and calligraphy studio. It is a great place for organizing conferences, team building, and family leisure activities. It is a leisure paradise that will leave you with lasting memories.

After strolling around Changyucheng Village, you can stay for a lunch. Changyucheng's pig's trotters feast is famous because of Villager Lao Zhao. The pig's trotters in his house are cooked with ordinary seasoning, but they are incredibly tender and flavorful. One bite is filled with collagen, and adding some vegetables to refresh the palate will definitely make it a satisfying and happy lunch.
