Diamond Head is a dormant volcano located in the southeast corner of Oahu, Hawaii, known geologically as a tuff cone. It is believed to be the home of the goddess Pele. The name "Diamond Head" was given by British sailors in the 19th century, who mistook calcite crystals in the rocks for diamonds. Geologists believe that the volcanic eruption that formed Diamond Head lasted only a few days. This eruption was part of the Honolulu Volcanic Series, which created many landmarks on Oahu today. Due to its proximity to the tourist destination of Waikiki, Diamond Head attracts a large number of visitors. The main trail, about 1.1 kilometers long, is the primary route for hiking up Diamond Head. The round trip takes about an hour and a half to two hours. Local tourism signs warn visitors about uneven rocks on the trail, possible gusty winds, and a tunnel that may require a flashlight. From the summit, one can admire the scenery of Waikiki Beach and much of the city of Honolulu. The sunset view from here is also famous. Fort Ruger, built in 1909, was the earliest military base for the U.S. military in the Hawaii region. Today, Diamond Head still preserves remnants of military facilities, such as bunkers and tunnels. Diamond Head has become a famous landmark in the Hawaiian Islands, and many souvenirs sold in Hawaii feature its image. In 1963, a film of the same name was shot in Diamond Head, starring Charlton Heston. The popular TV series "Lost" also filmed scenes here in recent years.

Hanauma Bay is a popular diving spot in Hawaii. It has shallow water, calm waves, abundant fish, and beautiful scenery with various natural coral reefs and tropical fish. Hanauma means "curved" in Hawaiian, and as the name suggests, it is a curved bay. It was formed when volcanic rocks were thrown high into the sky during volcanic eruptions in the early formation of the Hawaiian Islands, and then fell back to create circular shapes. Over time, erosion by the sea turned this volcanic remnant into a stunning blue bay, resembling a sleeping dinosaur when viewed from afar, hence the name "Hanauma Bay". Due to its almost circular shape, it was chosen as a filming location for the movie "Blue Hawaii" by the iconic Elvis Presley. Hanauma Bay is a natural preserve due to its fragile coral reef ecosystem, as it receives about one million visitors annually. The local government established the bay as a nature reserve to protect its delicate natural environment. The fish here are not afraid of people, and they swim leisurely by your feet when the ocean surges onto the beach. Even without diving equipment, you can immerse yourself in the world of coral reefs by simply using a dive mask and snorkel.

The fountain is located next to the "Karani'anauaoli" highway, adjacent to the famous attraction "Dinosaur Bay." "Natural sea spring fountain" refers to a hole on the top of a volcanic lava reef, exposed on the top of the reef, with a hidden cave underneath the reef. Whenever the waves hit the reef, the seawater is sucked into the cave of the reef. Due to the continuous impact of the waves, some seawater is squeezed out of the cave, but there is still a part of the seawater that gushes out through the "sea spring fountain" of the cave, and the sprayed water can reach several meters high.

Nuuanu Pali Lookout is located just 5 miles (about 8 kilometers) northeast of downtown Honolulu. It offers breathtaking views of the steep cliffs of the Koolau Range and the lush Windward Coast. Standing on the stone platform 1,000 feet (about 305 meters) above the coastline, you can see the beautiful scenery of Kaneohe and Kailua, Mokolii Island (also known as Chinaman's Hat), the University of Hawaii's marine biology research center, and Coconut Island. Other landmarks visible include Hawaii Pacific University's Windward campus, Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, and Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden, which is part of the Honolulu Botanical Gardens.
Nuuanu Pali Lookout is a place of historical significance, as it was the site of the Battle of Nuuanu, where King Kamehameha I won a decisive victory in 1795, ultimately unifying the island of Oahu. This intense battle claimed the lives of hundreds of warriors, some of whom were forced to jump off the steep cliffs of Pali.
Note that the Pali Lookout is also known for its strong winds. As the wind whistles past you and you admire the stunning views of the lush Windward Coast, you'll understand why Nuuanu Pali Lookout is one of the best viewpoints on Oahu.
During World War II, this area served as the entrance for the Japanese air raid on Pearl Harbor, adding to its historical significance and unique landscape shaped by strong winds.
