Introduction
Lok Ma Chau is located in the Yuen Long district of Hong Kong, near the border between Hong Kong and mainland China. It is adjacent to the Shenzhen River, forming a boundary between Hong Kong and mainland China. To the south of Lok Ma Chau is the Mai Po wetlands, occupying an area of approximately 1,500 hectares.
