Introduction

Sabah Mosque is an iconic building in Sabah, representing Sabah's Islamic culture. The mosque was built in 1977 and blends modern architectural art with Islamic Islamic styles. The dome is gold-plated and forms a magnificent pattern. The main hall can accommodate about 5,000 worshipers and is very spacious and bright. It is not far from the Sabah State Museum and can be reached in a few minutes' walk, making it ideal for tourists to visit here.
