Introduction

The welcoming stone, also known as the couple's stone, is the gatekeeper of Nam Co. Legend has it that Nam Co is the goddess of the northern Tibetan grasslands, and manages wealth. Before setting out on business, merchants must first seek the permission of the gatekeeper and then visit the temple of Nam Co to pray for prosperous business.
