Introduction

40 Glacier (also known as Cuo Jia Glacier) is located near the border between Langkazi County, Tibet and Bhutan, with an elevation of approximately 5,300 meters. The glacier is named after the No.40 boundary marker near the Sino-Bhutanese border. It is currently the most approachable mountain land glacier discovered, and can be accessed without special equipment.
