Introduction

Liaoning Bihu Hot Spring Resort, also known as the Liaoning CPPCC Members Training Center, is a five-star hot spring conference resort hotel jointly built by the Liaoning CPPCC Building and Shenyang Coal Industry Group, and managed by the latter. The resort covers a total area of 234 mu (about 156,000 square meters), with a construction area of nearly 60,000 square meters, mainly composed of hotels, hot spring centers, conference centers, and villa areas.
