Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall is located at No. 2, Woshi Hutong, Liaoyang City. It is built on the basis of the Wu Mansion, a Qing Dynasty building, and is a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit. The memorial hall is a two-courtyard four-side house with 21 rooms of hard mountain tile houses. There is a statue of Cao Xueqin in the courtyard. The exhibition rooms in the memorial hall collect and display a series of historical archives related to the Cao family, Cao Yin's poems (Cao Xueqin's grandfather), Cao's genealogy, Qing palace archives, and other documentary materials. In addition, there are multiple versions of "Dream of the Red Chamber" and famous national calligraphy and paintings based on "Dream of the Red Chamber". The entire exhibition hall is a Qing Dynasty building, and each exhibition room has couplets. At the front gate, there is a famous redology expert Feng Qiyong's inscription plaque with the words "Cao Xueqin Memorial Hall" in gold.

Liaoyang White Pagoda Park was built in 1908, covering an area of 8 hectares, located on the north side of Zhonghua Avenue in Zhanqian. The park has four tourist areas: ancient sites, flower appreciation, children's amusement, and animal observation. The White Pagoda was built in the Liao Dynasty and is the tallest tower in Northeast China. It was listed as one of the six tallest towers in China. In 1988, it was announced by the State Council as a key national cultural relic protection unit. The park has a botanical garden consisting of a greenhouse and gardens, cultivating hundreds of species and thousands of pots of exotic flowers and rare grasses, including precious iron trees, peonies, and more, with fragrance all year round. The children's playground has various amusement facilities such as slides, turntables, swings, space shuttles, high-altitude bicycle rides, bumper cars, etc., making it a paradise for children's amusement. The Liaoyang Guangyou Temple was built during the Eastern Han Dynasty and is one of the earliest temples that Buddhism introduced to China. It was once the center for the spread of Buddhist culture in Northeast China and played an important role in establishing Liaoyang (then called Liaodong County, and later Liaoyang Prefecture) as the political and cultural center in the region. Over the past thousand years, the Guangyou Temple has undergone multiple renovations and expansions. It is now a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, as well as one of the top ten tourist attractions in Liaoning Province, a model integrity scenic area in Liaoning Province, and a certified unit for ISO 9001 and environmental 14001 international system standards.
