Introduction
Beita Park, established in 1908, covers an area of 8 hectares and is located on the north side of Zhonghua Street in the station front area. The park is divided into 4 areas for visitors: historical sites, flowers, children's playgrounds, and an animal observation area. The White Pagoda in the park was built during the Liao Dynasty and is one of the tallest towers in the northeast region of China, listed as one of the six tallest towers in China. In 1988, it was recognized as a national key cultural relic protection unit by the State Council. The Garden of All Flowers consists of a greenhouse and a garden that cultivate hundreds of varieties and thousands of pots of exotic flowers and plants, such as iron trees and peonies, giving off fragrant scents all year round. The children's playground has various amusement equipment, such as slides, carousels, swings, spaceships, high-altitude cars, and bumper cars, providing a great place for children to play. In the animal observation area, you can marvel at rare animals such as the Northeast Tiger, wolf, swan, red-crowned crane, peacock, and ostrich.
