Introduction

According to the "Ganzhou Prefecture Annals," this alley was called Jiangjia Lane in the Ming Dynasty. In the early Qing Dynasty, many Zaoli (ancient government catchers) lived here, so it was called Zaoer Lane. Later, due to a pun, it was changed to Zaoer Lane.
