Introduction

Ailao Mountain is located in the central part of Yunnan Province and is the boundary between the Yungui Plateau and the Hengduan Mountains, as well as the boundary between the Yuanjiang River and the Amo River. The mountain ranges from Chuxiong City in the north to Luchun County in Honghe in the south, spanning Chuxiong, Pu'er, Yuxi and other areas, with the main peak at an altitude of about 3166 meters. A large number of primitive forests are located in Ailao Mountain, and many rare animals and plants live there. Scenic spots such as Qianjiazhai in Zhenyuan, Dujuan Lake in Jingdong, Nan'en Waterfall in Xinping, and Yuanyang Terraces attract many tourists. Enter Ailao Mountain from Xinping County to enjoy the red mountains shrouded in clouds and to experience the beauty of the mountain area along scenic spots such as the Tea Horse Ancient Road, Nan'en Waterfall, Longxi Family Manor, and Shimenxia.
