Luolong Park is located next to Chenghuang overpass in Chenggong District, Kunming. It is a comprehensive urban central park that combines ecology, culture, leisure, entertainment, and tourism. The park was planned and constructed with water as the main element, utilizing the Luolong River as the water source to create lakes. With a focus on artificially constructed mountain landscapes, the park harmonizes with the scenery of Zhangguan Mountain Forest Park to the north, blending mountains and water. Construction of Luolong Park began on February 28, 2007, and was completed at the end of September 2009. It was officially opened to the public on October 1, 2009. The park covers an area of 575 acres, including 200 acres of water surface and a total green area of 201,593.9 square meters. The park has clear and distinct lines, rich colors, and well-arranged trees, as well as various facilities such as pavilions, terraces, corridors, and park roads.

The restaurant also offers a variety of tonic wines to taste. This place has a unique local flavor and is highly recommended.
