Introduction

Mount Siguniang is the highest peak in the Qionglai Mountains on the eastern edge of the Hengduan Mountains. It consists of four continuous peaks, with heights ranging from 5,250 meters to 6,250 meters. These snow-capped peaks are like four maidens standing on the banks of Changpinggou and Haizigou, two streams that flow through the mountain range. For hiking enthusiasts, Mount Siguniang is a paradise with a 70-kilometer trail from Changpinggou to Bipinggou. The mountain roads are steep, with melting glacial streams flowing slowly along the way. Crossing the valley, there are vast alpine meadows filled with flowers, presenting soft and beautiful scenery. To visit Mount Siguniang, visitors shouldn't miss the picturesque scenery of Jiajin Mountain and Haizi Lake, and the more than 2,000-year-old Lama Temple. On the journey, it is also a must to visit the cute giant pandas in Wolong.
