Introduction

The Old Dragon Tree, also known as the God Tree or Lone Tree, is a huge and ancient fir tree with a thousand years of history. Despite having died for three years, it miraculously sprouted new branches, making it revered as a sacred tree by the locals, and a stone tablet was erected in its honor. For thousands of years, the Old Dragon Tree has stood guard over this vast expanse of red soil, like a solemn and holy warrior.

Transportation
Car: 1. Take the bus to Fazhe at Kunming North Bus Station, and get off at Huashitou Village. It costs about 37 yuan/person and departs twice a day at 7:50 and 8:30. 2. Take the bus to Majie at Dongchuan District Bus Station and get off at Huashitou Village. It costs about 18 yuan/person and takes about 2.5 hours. Chartered car: The price is about 200-300 yuan, excluding tolls.
