Introduction
The most beautiful building in Phoenix City is undoubtedly Huang Yongyu's Duocui Tower. A few years ago, local residents planned to replace the stilted building with a new one, but Huang Yongyu strongly opposed and urged the preservation of this building. Thanks to this initiative, the spectacular view of the stilted building was preserved. The Duocui Tower was built with hometown materials and modeled after old-style houses. The building adopts a paifang-style design, with long legs standing in the water and high above the platform, boasting unique flying eaves and steep cliffs. It is also the best place to admire the Shawan scenic area. The small staircase leading to the Duocui Tower from the neighboring inn is very steep, but the owner says that Huang Yongyu passes by here every year.
