Introduction

One of the central landmarks in Phoenix Ancient Town is the Rainbow Bridge, also known as the "Wind and Rain Building", which spans the Tuo River. It is both a tourist attraction and a shopping location. On the walls of both sides of the bridge are inscribed couplets by Huang Yongyu and his brother Huang Yongqian. The Rainbow Bridge has two levels - the first level is a pedestrian walkway, where visitors can cross the Tuo River to the other side, and the second level is the best viewing point in Phoenix, where you can overlook the entire ancient town.
