Introduction

In the hearts of people in the Tibetan area, if they haven’t reached the Qingpu Practice Site after visiting the Sanga Monastery, it’s like they haven’t truly completed the pilgrimage. The Qingpu Practice Site is located 15 kilometers northeast of the Sanga Monastery, at an altitude of 4200 meters. It is said that there are 108 meditation caves, 108 sky burial platforms, and 108 divine springs in the Qingpu Mountains, attracting countless practitioners to focus on their spiritual development. The site is the size of a small village and has become a holy land for many Tibetan people due to the presence of many devoted practitioners who endure hardships to practice here. To reach Qingpu, endurance and perseverance are required as it can only be reached on foot, but there are also shuttle buses provided by the Sanga Monastery. Additionally, visitors need to bring their own food and water as there are no restaurants on the mountain.
