Introduction
Universiti Malaysia Sabah was established in 1995, with rudimentary campus facilities. However, today it has undergone significant changes. The university has one international campus and its main campus located on the beautiful east coast of Malaysia, covering an area of 999 acres. There are currently over 13,000 students and more than 1,000 staff members. The university has 12 faculties, 3 institutes, 7 research centers, and 5 affiliated units. It offers a range of 1,800 courses in 59 subjects, including undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degree programs. So far, the university has enrolled over 200 Chinese international students. The campus location is picturesque and the university is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. The university has world-class software and hardware facilities for teaching, including the most beautiful library in Malaysia, a unique university museum, and an outdoor activity center.
