Introduction

Here is a huge abyss formed by the terrain, located between the Poyang Ridge and Hanyang Peak. It is named for its imposing presence of draining the water from the foot of the Poyang Lake. This is one of the famous sunrise viewing spots in Mount Lushan. In the early morning, the morning light on Poyang Lake scatters, and a red sun rises slowly, like a beautiful and colorful painting. To the west of Han Yang Peak is the famous glacial horn peak "Plowshare Point", which is shaped like a sharp plowshare, ploughing through the vast sea of clouds. Here, Hanyang Peak is the highest peak in Mount Lushan, Dayoutai Peak is the second highest peak, and Wulao Peak is the third highest peak, located opposite, north, and south respectively.

Transportation

Walking: Walk about four or five kilometers from Huanglongtan to reach it. There is also a cableway in Pukou that can be taken to the Dakou waterfall for a round-trip fare of 50 yuan/person.
