Pingsouth Baishuiyang Yuanyang Creek World Geopark, a national scenic spot, one of the top ten tourism brands in Fujian Province, the world's only natural reserve for mandarin ducks and macaques, and the leading scenic spot ranked third in the top ten tourist routes in China by CCTV's Perfect Vacation in 2007. Baishuiyang is the most characteristic natural landscape among the five major scenic spots of Yuanyang Creek, with a flat rocky riverbed devoid of sand, resembling a large farmland just plowed and leveled. It is situated on the middle of lofty mountains and peaks, and is hence known as "Xianpa Creek" by the locals.
