The Site of the August First Uprising is a nationally protected site that includes five historical landmarks: the former headquarters of the Communist Party of China's August First Uprising, He Long's command headquarters, Zhu De's Officer Education Unit, Ye Ting's command headquarters, and Zhu De's former residence.
