Introduction

The ecological monkey area of Mount Emei is located in Hongchunping below Yixiantian and on Qingyinge above. It is the largest natural wildlife monkey area in China. Tourists can observe and entertain monkey groups in the area, which is equipped with trails, pavilions and suspension bridges. They can even buy monkey food from the sales point at the foot of the mountain to feed them. However, it should be noted that most monkeys are not as friendly as imagined. Tourists should avoid leaving the designated route and bringing food into the monkey area to avoid being robbed or disturbed by monkeys.
