Braised tofu is delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it melts in your mouth. The eel is wild and has a crispy texture, so it disappeared in no time. The sea bass has excellent knife skills, but is slightly greasy. Overall, it's good!

Eat local famous roast chicken with bamboo shoots stir-fried beef for lunch. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. The chicken is served quickly, and the taste is heavy with a mix of spices. Personally, I find the chicken meat a bit tough, but the pickled cabbage and pig intestines with mountain snails that I packed for dinner taste really good.

"Family and Origins" is a unique theater that combines functions such as hotels, performances, and cultural showcases, symbolizing "the home of Hakka and the origins of Heyuan". It was meticulously built by the creative design team of the Beijing Olympic Games opening ceremony for three years, with top actors from both domestic and international participating. "Family and Origins" features intricately designed mechanical devices, dazzling light effects, fantastic and beautiful costumes, immersive high-end sound systems, and precise millimeter-accurate stunts. It integrates the latest audio-visual technology, blending art and technology, emphasizing both audio-visual experience and emotions, and presents the unique legends of the Hakka people in a comprehensive manner. The Hakka people carry the dream of home and have come from the Central Plains to Heyuan, and to the world, in search of a pure water and a spiritual mountain, to build their dream home. The theater design is ingenious, being a "hotel in a Tulou and a theater in a hotel". The Tulou theater, specially customized for this play, cost over 120 million yuan and can accommodate 500 seated audience members, with the seats rotating 360° according to the plot.

The restaurant is located near the National Medicine Hot Spring, about 170 meters walk. The environment is very nice, specializing in Hakka cuisine. Recommended dishes include Hakka stuffed tofu, Hakka steamed rice noodles, steamed Hua Diao fish, and steamed mulberry leaf seedlings. The high mountain tea oil chicken is also good. The taste is really good, and the average price per person is slightly higher than expected. But considering the environmental factors and the fact that it is within the estate, it is acceptable.

Bavarian Manor Country Doctor and Medicine Hot Springs covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a daily water output of about 2,500 tons and a water temperature of 60℃-70℃. There are 62 types of hot pools, planned and arranged according to the Five Elements theory of "gold, wood, water, fire, and earth". The hot spring water is filtered by underground rock layers, deposited for hundreds of years, and absorbs a large amount of minerals and trace elements from the underground, containing 58 kinds of mineral elements including beneficial ones for the human body, such as acid, lithium, zinc, manganese, and radon. Among them, the rarest in national and even global hot springs are the two springs dominated by "bicarbonate" and "iron" elements, and they belong to medical mineral springs.
