Introduction

Atlanta Botanical Garden is located in the downtown area, covering an area of 12 hectares and adjacent to Piedmont Park. Established in 1976, the botanical garden aims to showcase, educate, conserve, research, and entertain. In 1985, the first permanent garden exhibit, the Fuqua Conservatory, was built. The Children's Garden was completed in 1999. In 1989, the Fuqua Orchid Center was added to the botanical garden. Every summer, temporary exhibitions are held to provide a deeper understanding of plants for visitors. Today, Atlanta Botanical Garden has become a comprehensive and multifunctional botanical garden that combines beautiful specialty gardens, highland forests, whimsical children's gardens, magnificent tropical conservatories, and diverse educational programs. If you are a visitor interested in plants, whether for sightseeing or photography, Atlanta Botanical Garden is a must-visit tourist destination.
