Introduction

Beppu Onsen is located in Oita Prefecture, Japan, and is known as the "hot spring capital" due to its large number of hot springs. There are eight different types of hot springs that can be seen all over the streets, attracting countless tourists to come and enjoy the baths every year. The most famous eight hot springs in Beppu are composed of Hamawakasu, Beppu, Kamegawa, Yufuin, Kannawa Temple, Hori, Shibaseki, and Myoban, each with its own unique features. In addition, there is the Hell Hot Springs area, which is not suitable for living due to volcanic activity. This area is full of unique and captivating sightseeing attractions, and the misty landscapes are well worth exploring for visitors.
