Introduction
The Casa Batlló is a building designed by the famous modernist architect Antoni Gaudí, located at 35 Gracia Avenue in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It was built in 1864 and underwent renovations in 1902. Instead of being named after the owner, it is named after the lion and mulberry tree motifs in its decorative patterns.
