Introduction
Located in a post-Ottoman architectural ethnographic museum, it was once the Akaturk Mausoleum before 1953. This white marble structure now houses a series of high-value exhibits showcasing Turkish cultural history. Here, you can admire exquisite wedding ceremony items, Anatolian jewelry, handwoven carpets, traditional Seljuk pottery, and 15th-century doors. At the same time, you can also see anatomical models simulating circumcision and the calligraphy works of Besim Atalay, who translated the Quran into Turkish.
