Introduction
The Carmo Church, built in 1713, was originally a place for the Carmelite Order. The interior of the church is beautifully decorated, with a Baroque-style collection of sacred artifacts, and the gilded decorations are dazzling. However, the most astonishing feature of the church is its bone chapel. This chapel is decorated with various types of human bones, which is both eerie and chilling.
