Introduction
Located in Union Square, Kowloon Station, Hong Kong, the International Trade Plaza is the seventh phase project developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. With a total area of over 2,822,039 square feet, it is expected to be completed in stages from 2008 to 2010. The International Trade Plaza has a height of 118 floors, with a design by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), reaching a height of 490 meters in usable floor levels and an actual height of 484 meters. The office space provides a total of 2.5 million square feet, with each floor covering approximately 35,000 square feet and a net floor-to-ceiling height of up to 3.15 meters, equipped with advanced design and high-tech facilities. The top floor of the building is a six-star hotel offering 312 rooms. The 100th floor of the International Trade Plaza is a public observation deck, allowing visitors to admire the stunning views of Victoria Harbour from high above.
