Introduction
The City Hall of Tours is located on Heurteloup Street, the main road of Tours, facing Jeanne d'Arc Square. The City Hall has a beautiful design and features a rare circular 12-hour clock and a bell tower in Europe. Completed in 1904, the City Hall of Tours was a representative building at that time. During the Second World War from June 13th to 15th, 1940, the French government was located here.
