Introduction

A relatively quiet tourist destination located about 10 kilometers southeast of Pokhara, the lake offers a serene and charming scenery with its beautiful lake and surrounding mountains. There are not as many tourists here compared to other attractions. Occasionally, some locals come here to picnic, boat, or swim. The cost of boating on the lake is around 300 Nepalese Rupees per hour.

Local buses depart from the opposite side of the road from the Bokhara bus terminal and arrive at Begnas Bazaar, located on the lakeshore.
