Introduction

Guandemen Mountain Ecological Science and Education Scenic Area is an important scenic spot and rare tourist destination in Shennongjia, and it also holds an important position in the ecotourism circle of western Hubei. The scenery here is beautiful, with deep valleys and steep peaks, where a river and two roads weave in and out. The gurgling water flows through towering mountains and dense vegetation, including rare plants such as orchids, camellias, and azaleas, as well as wild animals such as giant salamanders, sika deer, snakes, pheasants, and bees. In addition, the scenic area also features ancient layered rocks, beautiful Longtou Village, and an unfathomable underground river. Transportation

Guanmen Mountain is located southeast of Muyu Town in Shennongjia Forest District. It is very close to Muyu Town and can be reached by car along the Yingbin Road to enter Guanmen Mountain Scenic Area. The Yichang Long-distance Bus Station has a daily bus departing at 13:30 to Muyu Town, making it very convenient to rent a car to Guanmen Mountain Scenic Area after arriving in Muyu.
