Introduction
Donghu Vinegar Garden is located at No.26 Madao Slope between Dongshan Expressway and Jianshe North Road in Taiyuan City, covering an area of over 20,000 square meters. It is the first company and factory museum in Shanxi Province that dynamically displays the traditional and modern production techniques and historical cultural connotations of old mature vinegar. The exhibition hall and vinegar therapy center of Donghu Vinegar Garden collect various vinegar brewing utensils and agricultural tools since the Western Han Dynasty, as well as over 700 vinegar therapy prescriptions. Through the display of ancient and modern utensils, excerpts from literatures, photo albums, and physical displays of products, it fully demonstrates the historical and cultural heritage of Shanxi old mature vinegar.
