The Red Army Mint is located in Shangjing Village, Jinggangshan City, about 6 kilometers northwest of Ciping, adjacent to the famous scenic spot "Bamboo Garden." It used molds from Mexican silver dollars to produce a batch of the earliest metal coins in the revolutionary base area, with the character "工" engraved on the front, symbolizing the red regime under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Visitors can admire the coin-making machines and the actual items from that time, making it a must-visit place for coin enthusiasts. Additionally, visitors can see a giant model of the "工" silver dollar and take precious commemorative photos. Furthermore, there is a touching story related to the "工" silver dollar that visitors can ask the interpreter about, to understand the hardships and sacrifices behind the victory of the revolution, deeply feeling how great our victory is.
