Introduction

Longji Rice Terraces is a vast terrace cluster in the Guilin area, consisting of the JinKeng Rice Terraces, Ping'An Zhuang Rice Terraces, and Longji Ancient Zhuang Village Rice Terraces. Visitors come here mostly for hiking and enjoying natural scenery, as well as taking pictures, which has attracted many photography enthusiasts to come here for a sunrise shoot. In addition, tourists can taste local farmhouse dishes and experience the ethnic customs. In the terraces, you can see the villages of Yao and Zhuang people. Every year, the Red Yao's "Sun-drying Festival" attracts many tourists, featuring a scene of brilliant flower dresses and skirts.

Transportation

[Bus] There are three entrances to the terraced fields: Ping'an Village, Longji Village, and Dazhai. Visitors can choose to take a bus to each entrance from Guilin downtown. It is recommended to leave the scenic area before 15:00 if returning to downtown.
