Tongda restaurant, a popular local breakfast restaurant, please look for the facade above, and parking is available at the door. The owner has been a chef for 20 years, previously working as a head chef in a large restaurant before starting his own business. To ensure the quality of the dishes, the owner gets up at 3-4 o'clock every day to simmer the soup, using 15 kilograms of pig bones as the base. The restaurant opens at 6 o'clock sharp to welcome customers, and other ingredients are delivered at 6 o'clock in the morning to ensure they are the freshest. Original flavor noodle soup shop, located on Lingnan Road, used to be called Guanfu Street. If you ask the locals where Guanfu Street is, they will all know. The signature dishes here are "Sanxian Fen" (noodles with three fresh ingredients) and "Zhunao Rou Fen" (noodles with pig brain and meat). Sanxian Fen costs 7 yuan, Zhunao Rou Fen costs 8 yuan. The dish "Zhunao Sanxian" costs 10-15 yuan and includes pig brain, pig liver, pig intestines, lean meat, and pig bone marrow. The soup base for Zhunao Sanxian Fen is also made from pig bones, which is exceptionally delicious. The noodles are slightly chewy, and the texture of the liver is crispy, with generous ingredients. This shop is also located on the official street, just across from the original soup noodle shop. It has been open for about 3-4 years. The most popular dishes here are the three fresh noodles (7-10 yuan), fried sauce noodles (7-10 yuan), steamed dumplings (5 yuan, a favorite of children, and I saw that they are dipped in tomato sauce~), and wontons (5-8 yuan).
