The examination shed in the scenic area is one of the few existing Ming and Qing imperial examination sites in China. In addition, Taoceng also has ancient attractions such as the Yuewang Well, the site of the former residence of the South Yue King Zhao Tao, the Yuewang Temple, the ancient city wall, and the ancestral hall.
