Introduction

The Shabawan Jinglong Oceanarium is located in the Shabawan town of Yangxi, a beach resort area. It is the only large-scale oceanarium in the Yangjiang region and serves as a multi-functional exhibition hall for entertainment, observation, and science education. With a total area of nearly 2,000 square meters and an investment of nearly 5 million RMB, the Jinglong Oceanarium consists of two areas: showcasing the underwater world of marine animals and providing interactive activities for children related to the ocean. Visitors can enjoy various attractions inside the oceanarium such as the colorful coral underwater world, a tunnel where one can feel like dancing with dolphins, a scene of fierce shark hunting, a jellyfish area, and the sight of a hundred-year-old sea turtle swimming freely among deep sea reefs. There are also rare fish species from Southeast Asian waters, such as clownfish which are cute and lively, as well as frightening devil fish and strange-looking stonefish. In addition, visitors can participate in fun activities such as feeding fish in the fish pond, catching fish in the adult and children's fish ponds, visiting the turtle pond, the beach cavalry sand sculptures, and the Golden Threadfin.
